Having received initial feedback on my petition I have taken on board comments and updated the petition accordingly.

Background information

Change access to South Terrace so that vehicles can enter from either end but only EXIT from the end of the road nearest the Railway Line. Vehicles can enter from either end of the road however the entrance to South Terrace opposite the library up to where the road bends (by the large tree on the corner by the last town house) is one way only.
In addition South Terrace would become a 'Pedestrian Priority Zone' to improve safety and allow pedestrians using South Terrace to access Surbiton Train Station a much safer route on their way to and from work.
